Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a database to track overall progress and milestone achievements for all divisions.
  • Collaborate with OPRC to develop, track, and report key performance indicators to monitor the delivery of plans, and report on the implementation and progress of business plans.
  • Prepare weekly highlights, monthly reports on project/program status, quarterly streaming updates, and any other ad-hoc reports required by RNEE Management or the Business Planning team.
  • Assist OPRC in coordinating program or project information for reporting to RNEE Management team and the Business Planning team (Sales Planning and BPAD) on a weekly to monthly basis, including Mid-year Reviews and other updates.
  • Monitor Opex and Capex reports, track expenses, review and analyze spending patterns, identify discrepancies, investigate reasons for deviation, and provide updates to RNEE Management.
  • Assist OPRC in the annual Planning & Budgeting (P&B) exercise.
  • Collaborate with divisions to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant data. Monitor data quality and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Serve as a point of communication between RNEE and the Business Planning team (Sales Planning and BPAD), as well as other stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or Economics.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required, as this position involves interaction with various functions within Petron.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and manage daily work routines to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Good communication skills and self-sufficiency are desired.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
